We are pleased to announce that JIPB’s impact factor has continued to improve,going from a score of1.603 in 2010 to 2.534 in 2011,an increase of 58%,and a 5-fold increase when compared to its impact factor of 0.432 in 2005.We are also very proud to announce that JIPB has ranked 8th among roughly 5000 scientific journals across all disciplines published in China.
