摘要
[Objective] To study the flavonoids from Elsholtzia communis (Coll. et Hemsl.) Diels. [ Method] The compounds were isolated and purified by using a variety of separating materials combined with many kinds of separation means, their structures were identified by making use of 13C-NMR, 1H-NMR, MS, and other modern spectrum method. [ Result] Six flavonoids were isolated and identified from E. communis, including apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (1), luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (2), quercetin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (3), quercetin-4′-O-β-D-glucoside (4), apigenin-5-O-β-D-glucoside (5), and kaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucoside (6). [ Conclusion] All compounds are isolated from E. communis for the first time, of which compounds 3-6 are obtained from Elsholtzia for the first time.
