China Huaneng Group, China’s biggestelectric utility, signed a Memorandum ofUnderstanding (MOU) in Beijing withDuke Energy, one of America’s largest elec-tric utilities on August 10th. Both sideswill cooperate in exploring a variety of re-newable and other clean-energytechnologies.
