Synthesis and Catalytic Activities of Polymer-Supported Neodymium Complexes——Polymers Containing Thiol and Sulphoxide

摘要：

The neodymium complexes with crosslinked polystyrene containing —CH 2SH and —CH 2SOCH 3 groups, P—CH 2SH·NdCl 3 and P—CH 2SOCH 3·NdCl 3, were prepared. P—CH 2SH·NdCl 3 shows no catalytic activity for butadiene polymerization, while P—CH 2SOCH 3·NdCl 3 can catalyze the polymerization of butadiene. The content of cis 1,4 polybutadiene is more than 95%.
