A new technology in treating diaspore foralumina produdion has proved to be suc-cessful by a group of industrial experts.The new method,named as“Ore-Dressing-Bayer Process(ODBP)”,passedthe national verification procedure late lastmonth.The technical breakthrough is hailedas a revolution in 1he history of world aluminaproduction and the dream of using theBayer process in treating low-grade bauxiteore has finally come true.
