摘要：
As a trans-disciplinary research subject jointly explored by different academic divisions of the CAS in an R&D program at the turn of two centuries, the origin of the Chinese nation contains some controversial and antagonistic problems of theoretical importance in biology. This article gives its author’s viewpoints on the controversy’s significance and related theoretical problems.
