摘要
Pb is a well-known toxic metal that has attracted considerable attention because of its ubiquitous distribution in the environment owing to the recent industrialization and rapid urbanization in China. In general, Pb from contaminated food, water, and dust enters the body through different channels,spreads throughout the body, combines with multiple amino acids, and interferes with normal physical activity.
