摘要：
The rapid population growth has been a major problem of Beijing.It affected on transportation,schooling and housing.On 26th September 2011,Beijing Population and Family Planning Commission announced that they would draft population assessment provisions.Government policies would be issued according to population plans for assessing their effects on population control.
