Objective To study the value of diffusional kurtosis imaging(DKI)in assessing liver cancer and tumoral cell imvasion of peritumoral liver zone.Methods 24 patients with liver cancer confirmed by clinical history and imaging features(liver cancer group)were prospectively studied,10 healthy volunteers as control group.The liver cancer group underwent MRI plain and contrast enhanced
