New trends have surfaced in a variety of international struggles and contradic-tions coupled with marked alternations in their manifestations since the end ofthe Cold War.Similarly.international terrorism as a peculiar phenomenon in con-temporary world politics has also been spreading with some new characteristicsmainly in the following aspects.
