With the financial support by the National Natural Science Foundation of China,Professor Johan Liu’s team at Shanghai University reported the improved heat spreading performance of functionalized graphene in micro electronic device application,which was recently published in Advanced Functional Materials(2015,25(28):4430—4435).The work is a result of a collaborative effort between Ecole Centrale Paris
