PVC (polyvinyl chloride) futures enteredDalian Commodity Exchange on May 25th,2009. Many PVC producers are already activelyinvolved today. They plan to compensatefor their losses in the spot marketthrough futures/spot arbitrage. Those whohave not yet gotten involved are also closelyconcerning the price trend and the transactionactivity in the futures market. The startof PVC futures trading will promote sounddevelopment of the chlor-alkali sector inChina.
