(from No.1,2014)Accelerating the development of CBM and shale gas According to the Twelfth-Five-Year Plan of Development and Utilization of CBM(2011-2015),China’s CBM production will reach 30 billion cubic meters in 2015.To realize the target,China unveiled a batch of polices to support the development of CBM.P o l i c i e s o n t h e C B M I n d u s t r y s u p p o r t t h e development of CBM industry According to Policies on the CBM Industry(the Policy)released by the National Energy Administration(NEA),two CBM bases will be constructed in Qinshui Basin
