摘要
骨关节炎是以关节软骨损伤为主的退行性关节疾病,miRNA是一种单链非编码小分子RNA,广泛参与机体的重要生命过程。最新的研究表明,miRNA在骨关节炎关节软骨细胞增殖及凋亡、细胞外基质降解、软骨细胞炎症、软骨细胞自噬中发挥重要作用。查阅近几年相关研究文献,就miRNA在骨关节炎软骨损伤中的作用及潜在性应用展开综述,为后期骨关节炎的诊治及研究提供新的思路和方向。
