中国双向FDI、金融发展与产业结构优化

文章利用20032014年中国31个省市的面板数据,构建动态面板模型实证研究了双向FDI产业结构优化的总体效应与区域差异,以及金融发展对双向FDI产业结构优化效应的影响作用,并比较分析了金融危机前后产业结构优化效应的变化。研究结果表明,双向FDI均对产业结构合理化和高级化具有显著正向促进作用,但二者的交互作用却因为不协调而产生一定程度的阻碍作用;双向FDI对东部地区产业结构合理化和高级化的影响作用明显大于中西部地区。金融发展是影响双向FDI产业结构优化效应的重要因素,金融发展规模和金融发展效率均对双向FDI的产业结构优化效应具有强化作用,而且金融发展效率的强化作用更大;金融危机爆发以后,金融发展对双向FDI的产业结构合理化效应和高级化优化效应出现明显的异质性。因此,在"引进来"和"走出去"战略实践过程中,要因地制宜适度引入外资和对外投资并加强IFDI与OFDI的有机协调与配合,要不断提升区域金融发展水平以强化双向FDI的产业结构优化效应。
