摘要：
采用戊二醛－明胶－乙二胺将氨基酰化酶交联固定在米曲霉细胞上，应用正交实验设计优选出相应的固定化条件，制备出具有较高反应活性和稳定性，适用于拆分ＤＬ－氨基酸的固定化细胞，并就ｐＨ、温度、离子浓度、底物浓度等因素对固定化细胞反应活性的影响进行了实验研究．分别在固定化细胞柱（ＩＣＣ）和新型固定化细胞－膜耦联反应器（ＣＩ－ＣＢＭＲ）中进行了连续光学拆分Ｎ－乙酰－ＤＬ－丙氨酸的实验研究，结果表明该固定化细胞具有良好的工业应用前景．
