摘要
采用戊二醛-明胶-乙二胺将氨基酰化酶交联固定在米曲霉细胞上,应用正交实验设计优选出相应的固定化条件,制备出具有较高反应活性和稳定性,适用于拆分DL-氨基酸的固定化细胞,并就pH、温度、离子浓度、底物浓度等因素对固定化细胞反应活性的影响进行了实验研究.分别在固定化细胞柱(ICC)和新型固定化细胞-膜耦联反应器(CI-CBMR)中进行了连续光学拆分N-乙酰-DL-丙氨酸的实验研究,结果表明该固定化细胞具有良好的工业应用前景.
