The ultilization of satellite trans-mission technology has made a greatachievement in developing the TVeducation,which shows thatChina’s education makes an impor-tant progress in developing and us-ing the modern education technolo-gy.In 1986,in order to meet theneeds of training primary and mid-dle school teachers,China began torent an Intelsat to broadcast ChinaEducation TV programs with 17hours per day.The main courseswere for training the middle andprimary school teachers and the ad-ditional courses are for the televi-sion college.postgraduate further e-ducation as well.After China suc-
