摘要
Objective To study the effect of nicadipine on blood pressure (BP) and blood trough level concentration of cyclosporin A ( CsA) in renal transplantation recipients. Methods Sixty-two cases of renal transplantation recipients in the study group whose renal function had recovered to be normal were treated with CsA. and nicadipine, and 23 cases of renal transplantation recipients in the control group were treated with CsA and nifedipine. Hood trough levels and dose of CsA.serum creatinine(SCr) and BP were determined and served as indicators of clinical evaluation. Results After the treatment of nicadipine, the blood trough level of CsA was increased significantly, and BP was decreased and kept within normal range. Furthermore, the dose of CsA was reduced by 34.2% 6 months later compared with that before the treatment(P<0.01). No significant effects on renal function were observed before and after the treatment. Conclusion Nicadipine is safe and effective for the treatment and prevention of hypertension aft
