Since Asia has gained more geopolitical and economic weight, all parties share a strong sense of strategic urgency because their strategies on the Asia-Pacific will directly affect their future development. Peace and development remain the theme of the Asia-Pacific and China should promote mutually beneficial development in the Asia-Pacific.
