The application of acupuncture anesthesia (AA) in the craniotomy in temporo-parieto-occipital (TPO) region and posterior fossa passed identification recently. The study was carried out by the Acupuncture Anesthesia Research Group from ten hospitals all over the country. Because of difficult manipulation and long duration, operations on TPO
