This thesis takesits focus on study onpresent outline, existingedge and future prospectof China’s softwareindustry. Throughstatistics and survey ofsoftware industry, thepaper analyzes the generalhallmarks (such as thevertical and regionalstructure, manpowersituation, firm scale, etc.)of the industry in currentdevelopment stage.Finally, the paper analyzeswhy China will providegreat opportunities for theforeign investors andsoftware manufacturer.
