摘要：
The sustainability of the proactive or expansionary fiscal policy adopted by China since 1998, or the transformation of the proactive fiscal policy, has received great attention domestically and internationally. This paper summarizes the current situation and future trend of China’s proactive fiscal policy from four aspects.
