Kailuan Group Co., Ltd. and Beijing GasIndustrial Co., Ltd. have agreed to restruc-ture Tangshan Zhongrun Coal ChemicalCompany and Tangshan Jiahua Coal Chemi-cal Company. Both sides signed an agree-ment on August 8th, aiming to create a newcompany that will become a leading coalchemical company in domestic market.
