This paper elaborates on the key points of the latest developments in methane emissions reduction policies in the European Union (EU) and the United States (U.S.) and makes a comparative analysis of their policy frameworks.There are similarities between the EU and the U.S. in terms of methane emissions reduction measures, but there are also significant differences.
