摘要：
This paper represents the research on the issues of environment-economy coordinationdevelopment from the point of total welfare maximization, by defining environment- economy corrdination development from the angle of the total welfare maximization; Presents corresponding mathematicsmodels; systematically anslyzes different structural modes; Proves that total welfare function is abnormal under linear structure; indicates difficulties in analyzing and researching coordination developmentby means of traditional mathematical analysis.
