The Qingdao High-Tech Industrial Park is located in the east of the old city proper with a plan area of 67 sq km s(corresponding to two thirds of the old city). It stands between the mountains and sea, with beautiful scenery. It is adjacent to the old city proper in the west, connected to Laoshan in the east. Its
