摘要：

Since the establishment of the strategy for sustainable development in 1990s, developed countries have established recycling economy and recycling-based society as important approaches and implementations for sustainable development. High-tech Industrial Park, as a high-tech industrial development zone which is granted Priority to the development, the environmental impact hasn't been studied thoroughly.
