China has authorized overseas investor to set up travel agencies with their own capital and to hold majority shares ofSino-foreign travel serviee operations at national tourist sites in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shenzjem and Xi’an,according to a provisional rule issued by the China National Tourism Administration and the Ministry of Commerce onJune 14.
