Themain conclusions are:(1)with tradeand investment liberalization after China’s WTO accession, competitive advantages of transnational corporations haveplayed an activerole. Underthis circumstance, indigenous firmsdepend heavily upon multinationalcorporations byestablishing jointventuresand introducing new models.
