摘要
This paper studies the supply-demand co-scheduling of renewable energy (RE) stations and hydrogen-based flexible loads. A microgrid-enabled load dispatch strategy is proposed to coordinate the water electrolysis, hydrogen-electrical energy storage and hydrogen-driven combined cooling, heat and power (CCHP) generation for achieving extra operational flexibility in demand side. Considering the forecast errors of RE generation, we develop a multi-scale hierarchical optimization method (including day-ahead scheduling, intra-day receding-horizon operation and real-time adjustment), which can progressively mitigate the decision deviations. Also, the dispatch of energy storage devices is facilitated by a well-designed reward strategy for fully exploiting their regulation capability under a limited look-ahead horizon. Case studies confirm the effectiveness of the proposed scheduling method. By applying the multi-scale hierarchical scheme with remaining state-of-charge (SOC) reward, the hydrogen-based load dispatch can keep track with the RE fluctuations, which thus improves the operational economics and RE utilization.
