摘要
The popularity of long-distance running can be attributed to its versatile adaptability, cost-effectiveness, and notable health benefits. Despite these advantages, extant survey reports reveal a substantial incidence of running-related injuries. This study is designed to investigate the kinematic changes caused by a long distance run among male participants, mainly focused on the changes in lower limb joint angles before and after 5 km running. A cohort of 15 recreational runners actively participated in this study. The lower limb joint angles of runners were calculated by Visual 3D modeling technology. The results revealed discernible kinematic alterations during post long-distance running. The insights garnered from this study may hold valuable implications, potentially informing the design of specialized training programs and injury prophylaxis tailored for runners.
