摘要
Cement asphalt emulsion mortar acts as a binder to bond aggregates in cement asphalt emulsion mixtures. This study aims to explore the interaction mechanism between fillers and cement asphalt emulsion mortar and further optimize its performance. To achieve this goal, the dynamic modulus of cement asphalt emulsion mortar with different filler volume fractions was first determined by dynamic shear rheology (DSR) test, and its dynamic modulus master curve was fitted. The viscoelastic constitutive model suitable for cement asphalt emulsion mortar was determined based on the target error function. Subsequently, a prediction model for the filler-asphalt interaction k value was established based on the improved Palinerne model, and the k value at different filler volume fractions was obtained by analyzing the experimental data. Finally, the optimal filler volume fraction of cement asphalt emulsion mortar was calculated using the k value. The research results show that the target error value corresponding to the 2S2P1D model is the smallest, and it can better fit the dynamic modulus master curve of cement asphalt emulsion mortar; the filler-asphalt interaction k value prediction model established by the improved Palinerne model is accurate and effective; the optimal filler volume fraction calculated by the k value is 0.28, which provides an important basis for the performance optimization of cement asphalt emulsion mixture. The research results are of great significance to improving the performance of cement asphalt emulsion mixture.
