摘要
Despite numerous therapeutic options, many patients with psoriatic arthritis (PsA) have residual disease activity and do not achieve remission. The concept of difficult-to-treat (D2T) PsA has therefore emerged in the literature, but corresponding definitions are still lacking. Vassilakis et al. investigated the characteristics of PSA patients who are potential D2T PsA patients.
