摘要
An investigative process was carried out in Medical Office 15 belonging to the "Octavio de la Concepci & oacute;n y la Pedraja" polyclinic in the Camajuani municipality, Villa Clara province, from October 2022 to May 2023, with the aim of proposing a model to improve intersectorality. in health problems. The exploration carried out, based on the use of scientific research methods and techniques, allowed us to determine weaknesses in the intersectoral management of health problems in the aforementioned Medical Office, taking into account the development that intersectorality has reached in Cuba and the application of scientific knowledge, that allow to ensure its sustainability. For this reason, the proposal of a model, which had as articulating axis the intersectorality in health problems, structured in components and phases, which were characterized by establishing relationships among managers, heads of programs and services, agencies and organizations that participate in the intersectoral work on health problems at the community level. The practical application of the model allowed the improvement of intersectoral management in health problems, based on knowledge, the development of skills for the implementation of actions in strategic planning and the commitment assumed for the fulfillment of social duty.
