Communication Channels Multiplexing Using Nonuniformly-Polarized Circular Array Antennas

摘要
Wave polarization allows for multiplexing numerous channels at the same frequency and time. This is achieved using circular arrays of infinitesimal dipole antennas with uniform excitation amplitude, phase, and spacing but nonuniform polarization distribution. The arrays' far- and near-field radiation patterns are evaluated for their amplitudes and phases. Additionally, theoretical studies and full-wave simulations examine the array's potential to multiplex several channels in a line-of-sight transmitter-receiver system. The suggested antennas work equally well with orbital angular momentum (OAM) antennas, suggesting a promising multiplexing system research subject.
