Managing distance e-learning knowledge in the digital age

摘要
In parallel with the development of AI and IT, a variety of applications are being developed to solve various problems faced by people. One of these areas is called distance e-learning. Distance e-learning is a domain that interacts with many other domains. When distance e-learning is considered as a business process and its strategy is examined, it does suggest that the domains of ICT and knowledge management are of particular importance to it. This paper proposes a conceptual model for the integration of knowledge management, distance e-learning, ICT, and mighty AI. By using the proposed conceptual model, not only the challenges cited in the literature (facing e-learning) but also new ones that distance e-learning encounters can be successfully resolved. The development of the improved model is furthermore essential because of the fact that AI and ICT are constantly developing and they offer new solutions for all areas of life.
