Size-dependent effects of graded porous micro-/nanocircular plates on thermal vibration based on modified couple stress theory

摘要
In order to capture the scale effect of porous circular nanostructures, this article conducted numerical research for the first time on the size-dependent vibration characteristics of micro-/nanoporous circular plates under uniform temperature rise or thermal conduction. It was assumed that the performance of graded porous materials varies continuously in the whole thickness, and two cosine forms of nonuniform porosity distribution along its thickness are considered. In order to capture the scale effect, the modified couple stress theory is utilized. The dimensionless natural frequency and vibration mode are given. On this basis, the vibration response of graded porous circular micro-/nanoplates with size-dependent effects in thermal environments was discussed.
