摘要
In this paper, a miniature common-mode filter realized with a GaAs pHEMT process is presented. The proposed filter is designed with an all-pass response for differential-mode input signals. On the other hand, it features a bandstop frequency response for common-mode input signals with an ultra-wide stopband. Specifically, a proposed common-mode filter with a 3-dB bandwidth of 10 GHz is implemented in a chip size of only 2.5 mmx2 mm, and an ultra-wide 10-dB common-mode rejection bandwidth from 2.22 to 12.26 GHz is achieved.
