摘要
In modern manufacturing, with the rapid development of automation and intelligence, human-machine collaboration has become a key factor in improving production efficiency and flexibility. The aim of this study is to design and control a hybrid human-machine collaborative manufacturing system that enhances human-machine collaborative operations to adapt to complex production environments and changing market demands. After studying the limitations and opportunities of current human-machine collaborative manufacturing technology, we conducted in-depth design of hybrid human-machine collaborative manufacturing systems, including system requirement analysis, architecture design, functional module design, and human-machine collaborative operation design. By constructing an efficient and flexible system framework, we aim to create favorable conditions for human-machine collaboration. This article proposes a human-machine collaborative operation management and control model, exploring the rational allocation of human-machine collaborative tasks and corresponding control methods to ensure efficient collaboration and information sharing between humans and machines, thereby improving the overall performance of the system. Through the analysis of the effectiveness of the system in practical applications, the results show that the personnel utilization rate is significantly improved, and the improvement effect of the hybrid manufacturing production line is obvious. This indicates that the human-machine collaborative manufacturing system has good application prospects in improving production efficiency and optimizing resource allocation, promoting the development of the manufacturing industry toward a more intelligent and flexible direction.
