摘要
A microlens array is an array of a plurality of micro-sized lenslets of the same shape arranged in a regular pattern, the pattern could be square or hexagonal. Microlens array is determined by shape of Micro-sized lenslets and they are used for different purposed to shape laser. Because of these regular patterns of microlens, it provides uniform power density of laser. Powell lenses also create straight, uniform laser line by dispersing, in a controlled way, an input collimated beam. Powell lenses known as a laser line generator lenses, create straight, uniform laser lines by fanning out collimated beams in one dimension. In this study, first of all the information about microlens arrays and Powell lenses which are necessary for making optical design has been introduced. The optical designs using microlens arrays and Powell lenses will be examined. Then, experimental results have compared with theoretical results.
