General dermatology and dermatology in primary health care

摘要：
A 32-year-old woman presented to the dermatology clinic with pigmentation that had been present since childhood. The pigmentation was noticed as unilateral, light to medium brown macules localized to the left upper thigh and left flank. The pigmentation had a sharp, well-demarcated midline boundary anteriorly, confined to one side of the body.
