摘要
High entropy compounds represented by high entropy phosphides have attracted great attention due to their special atomic arrangement and outstanding properties. Lowing the dimensional and forming heterostructures have been proved to be the efficient ways to optimize the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) performance of electrocatalysts. In this work, one dimensional high entropy (Fe 0.2 Co 0.2 Ni 0.2 Cr 0.2 Mn 0.2 ) 2 P (HEP) nanowires were firstly synthesized through the electrospinning and phosphating process. By using the simple hydrothermal method, the MoS2 nanosheets were then grown on the surface of HEP nanowires and therefore the MoS2@HEP heterostructure nanowires were successfully obtained. Benefitting from the synergistic effect among the metal elements, the larger specific surface area of one dimensional structure, the synergistic effect between HEP and MoS2 heterointerfaces and the high exposure of MoS2 active sites, the MoS2@HEP hybrid nanowires represented superior electrocatalytic activities for HER than that of HEP particles, MoS2@HEP hybrid particles and HEP nanowires. It delivered the overpotential of 71 mV at the current density of 10 mA/cm2 and the Tafel slope of 58 mV/dec. In addition, the MoS2@HEP hybrid nanowires also exhibited good stability in 1.0 M KOH solution. Our work offers a simple strategy to fabricate HEP-based heterogeneous structures with great potential in the electrocatalytic HER process.
