摘要
In order to solve the problem of high vulnerability of distribution systems under extreme events, this paper proposes an importance evaluation and rank method for distribution system components considering post-disaster reconfiguration and emergency fault repair. The importance evaluation of such components is important for improving disaster resilience, as it can provide decision support for strengthening grid structures, designing restoration strategies, and resource allocation strategies. In this method, non-sequential Monte Carlo simulation sampling is used to obtain the states of components in the system after a disaster occurs, and the fault scenario is generated. Secondly, the importance evaluation model is established, and the repair moment of each component is obtained by solving the model, and the cumulative distribution function of the component is calculated. The Copeland score of each component is obtained by Copeland ranking method, and the component importance ranking is obtained. Finally, the feasibility of this method is validated by a study on the IEEE 123-bus system.
