摘要
Recognizing the crucial role of active engagement in ethical matters-essential not only for combating corruption but also for cultivating a positive ethical mindset in society-this article presents the development of a serious game designed to promote ethical principles. The game addresses the urgent need for ethical education by providing an interactive and engaging learning experience. The development process involved systematically acquiring stakeholder requirements and defining essential game features such as pedagogical objectives, gameplay dynamics, and storyline. Guided by the SCRUM framework and iPlus methodology, the project focused on creating a game that is both educational and enjoyable. Upon completion, the game underwent a comprehensive usability evaluation, achieving a 78.51% score for overall usability, classified as good according to the System Usability Scale (SUS). These results demonstrate the effectiveness of using video games as a tool for promoting ethical principles and enhancing the educational experience within institutions and organizations.
