摘要
The increasing awareness of environmental protection and the rising penetration rate of wind power make the power sector put forward higher requirements for the economic dispatch of wind-containing power systems. To minimize the cost of power generation while reducing pollutant emissions and promoting the consumption of wind power, this paper establishes a wind-thermal multi-stochastic variable economic dispatch model considering environmental and economic indicators, in which the objective function takes into account the thermal power generation cost, wind power generation cost, the cost of abandonment penalties, and pollutant gas emissions. The model is solved by using the multi-objective African vulture optimization algorithm (MOAVOA). Combined with the modified IEEE 30 node example, the simulation results verify the feasibility of the proposed model and the effectiveness of the MOAVOA in solving this kind of problem.
