摘要
Wide bandwidth and high efficiency have always been a hot topic in the research of power amplifiers by experts and scholars both domestically and internationally. Based on this, this paper designs a continuous Class-F wideband high-efficiency power amplifier suitable for the 2.2-3.8 GHz, targeting the low-frequency band of 5G. The power amplifier utilizes harmonic control circuits and Chebyshev low-pass filter matching circuits at the output, and a step impedance matching circuit at the input. Within the operating bandwidth, the average output power is 40.8 dBm. The gain ranges from 10.2 to 13.4 dB. And the drain efficiency is between 62% and 70%. This design provides valuable reference for the development of wideband and high-efficiency power amplifiers.
