摘要
In the current study, via using the mixed-ligand synthesis approach, two new Co(II)-based coordin-ation polymers (CPs), [Co(1,4-PDA)(L)(H2O)](n)(1) and [Co(5-AIP)(L)(H2O)](n)(2) and (L=1,3-bis(5,6-dimethylbenzimidazol-1-yl)propane, 5-H(2)AIP=5-aminoisophthalic acid, 1,4-H(2)PDA=1,4-phenyle-nediacetic acid) were hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. The as-preparedtwo coordination polymers have been studied via the single crystal X-ray diffraction study alongwith the elemental analysis. Their application values on the coronary artery heart disease (CHD)was evaluated and the related mechanism was discussed as well. Firstly, the ELISA (enzyme linkedimmunosorbent assay) detection assay was performed to measure the levels of the inflammatorycytokines released into the plasma. Then, the relative expression of the NF-kappa b signaling pathwaywas determined by the real time RT-PCR (reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction) afterthe compound treatment. Above all, compound1showed much better application values thancompound2on coronary artery heart disease by inhibiting NF-kappa b signaling pathway activation. [GRAPHICS] .
