摘要
Based on company revenue data, taxable personal income and the wage fund of organizations (excluding small businesses) for 2021-2023, the dynamics of these indicators for different types of municipalities is analyzed. It is shown that, despite the specifics of the current crisis, there is a manifestation of typical patterns of spatial development in recent years: accelerated development of cities and urban agglomerations in comparison with rural areas, suburbs in comparison with the cores of agglomerations, cities with hundreds of thousands in comparison with less crowded cities etc. The regional capitals were once again the first to face the manifestations of the crisis, but they are demonstrating the ability to overcome it soon. At the same time, due to the influence of multidirectional asynchronous factors on economic and spatial development, the picture of territorial differences is not stable and is likely to continue changing.
