摘要
The modern lifestyle has given rise to a prevalent need for prolonged sitting, which significantly impacts physical health. The potential risks associated with poor sitting posture are particularly severe. Therefore, this paper delves into the utilization of pressure sensors for measuring users' sitting postures. The objective is to assist users in gaining a clearer understanding of their posture, consequently mitigating the occurrence of poor sitting habits. Furthermore, through posture monitoring, real-time insights into the health status of individuals with limited mobility can be obtained. This capability facilitates caregivers in providing more precise and timely support.
